Over the span of 3 years, I have traveled the country, in partnership Chicken Licken’s new brand look. As a part of their grand change, involving its new Architecture design, is what they have coin as the legacy murals. I have been the chosen artist to install a mural with every new fly thru that has been erected in the past 3 years.

Set in Tembisa, this artwork captures two hopeful commuters inspired by the surreal spirit of Chicken Licken. Around them, birds burst from Akasia trees, echoing the vibrant energy and ambition of their community.

A mural painted on a Chicken Licken in Springfield, a revamped store after the riots a few years back! It feels like this area is healing and bursting with life and abundance. It is a privilege to contribute to this positive momentum.
